Using a variety of mediums to create texture, bold color and approachable subject matters, Kerin McBride crafts her emotionally rich paintings by abstracting subjects to their basic forms and rendering them in brilliant, unnatural colors, encouraging viewers to look at the world around them in new ways.

McBride holds a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Painting and Sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Mary Baldwin College and a Certificate in Drawing and Painting from the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. Ms. McBride currently has over 300 works in corporate and private collections.
